Port Odessa is a commercial and tourist port, known as the shipping centre of the Black Sea. Odessa is also home to an excellent collection of museums and theatres.

Catacombs and Military Museum: We drive through the city out into the countryside through the small villages and orchards until we arrive at Nerubaiskaye to see the fascinating catacombs that were carved out of sandstone. These catacombs were used by the Resistance and sheltered partisans in the Second World War. A guided tour will show us the headquarters and the local museum. Panoramic Odessa: This tour shows us the highlights of Odessa. We depart the pier and firstly see the Potemkin Steps, Londonskaya Hotel, Odessa City Hall and the Pushkin Statue erected in 1888. We head on to the Maritime Museum, Palace of Weddings and the Kulikova Pole, the official square at Odessa where all he important parades take place.
