Invergordon is known as the mural town of the Highlands due to its series of 17 murals which show and tell the stories of the local community although it will probably be best known as a major port for cruise ships due to its naturally deep harbour. There is plenty of opportunity to shop and browse the new High Street, or use this port to travel further afield to Loch Ness and the historic castles of Cawdor, Dunroben and Brodie.
