Kota Kinabalu is a modern city that still maintains some of its former charm; notably its colonial British architecture of the old Post Office Building and the Atkinson Clock Tower. Kinabalu is a busy city full of new buildings, shopping precincts, restaurants and cafes. One of the best places to visit is Sutera Harbour for its marvellous sunsets.
