Port description
The town of Diu still retains much of its historical past, notably the College of the Jesuits built in 1601. Later it became a cathedral and was named St. Markiz. Other important historical and archaeological sites include the Governor’s Palace and Diu fort which was built in 1535. For recreational pastimes, the Nagoa beach is perfect for swimming and snorkelling.
