Tai Chi and Dim Sum:  Tai Chi is a Chinese form of exercise known to help mind, body and soul.  We can enjoy taking part in this ancient ritual.  Afterwards we enjoy traditional Chinese tea, before we head to a restaurant to sample Dim Sum.
