The 122,000-ton, 2,850-passenger Celebrity Equinox, the second ship in Celebrity Cruises' pioneering Solstice class, set off on its maiden voyage from that famous launch spot of gargantuan ships, Southampton.

The main dining room, Silhouette, is where the majority of guests go for their meals; the two-deck restaurant is open daily for waiter-service breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner is offered in two seatings – one at 6:15 p.m. and another at 8:45 p.m. Those looking for a casual dining experience can make their way to the Oceanview Cafe. From breakfast and afternoon snacks to dinner and late-night bites, there is something to suit every palate in this large open plan. All of the alternative dining venues are located in one convenient spot - these include Silk Harvest, the Asian-fusion place; Tuscan Grille, the Italian steakhouse; and Murano, the expensive but fashionable fine-dining venue.
For general good-times and entertainment on your Celebrity Equinox cruise, there’s The Lawn Club, for those wishing to try their hand at golf or croquet, and Hot Glass Show areas, with glass-blowing on exhibit. The splendid Martini Bar with its ice-topped bar also makes for one of the most popular before-dinner drinking venues.
