SECpay provide secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK, and are the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country. For maximum security all credit card transactions placed online through our website are processed directly by SECpay using their secure payment transaction servers.

At no time are your credit card details made available to us - You enter them directly onto the SECpay servers and SECpay merely notifies us if the transaction was successful or unsuccessful - so there is no risk of your credit card details being recorded or 'skimmed' by our staff, and no risk from anyone trying to hack into or steal our computers as the details are simply not stored on them. Your payment card information is immediately encrypted before being sent for secure processing. We do not keep it on file, nor do we see it at any stage.

SECpay has been audited and approved by all of the major UK acquiring banks which require SECpay to adhere to all APACS standards. SECpay has also been audited and accredited under the Visa Account Information Security (AIS) audit that specifically examines security of credit card details processed and stored by SECpay.

SECpay makes use of Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificates to ensure the authenticity and security of each transaction. 128 bit encryption is used - the strongest level employed by any payment service provider.

As security is of paramount importance to both to the Ideal Cruising and our customers, every aspect of the online booking process has been developed with this in mind, ensuring that all sensitive information is protected throughout the payment process. SECpay use digital signatures to verify the identities of the various computers involved in the transaction process. Communications within the system are encrypted using 2048-bit RSA encryption and every transaction that SECpay process is monitored by their fraud control system.
