Carnival Destiny is a medium sized cruise ship, recently renovated to match Carnival Cruises’ standards of innovate design and superior cruise comfort. Carnival Destiny features all the facilities you might expect from a Carnival Cruises ‘fun ship’, plus more besides. Guests can enjoy swimming pools, shopping centres and vast, outdoor cinema screens.

The 500 staterooms onboard Carnival Cruises’ Carnival Destiny all comes fitted with a private balcony, good cupboard space, an en-suite bathroom and a large television screen. Guests on Carnival Destiny can also take advantage of an extensive library of movies available to rent.

With space onboard for up to 3.360 guests, the Carnival Destiny is somewhere along the lines of a floating resort – passengers will be spoilt for choice with the vast array of onboard entertainments.

Families are welcome on Carnival Destiny, and a number of facilities have been provided with younger passengers in mind. Many of the restaurants offer a children’s menu, and daily, supervised activities are offered as a part of the Camp Carnival programme. Sports fans will be delighted by facilities such as a running track, volleyball court, a fully equipped games room, and the old cruise ship favourite, shuffleboard. There are several shopping malls onboard Carnival Destiny, covering everything from groceries to souvenirs. Guests can also make use of a library or an internet café.

If you’re looking for entertainment on Carnival Destiny, then head on down to the main promenade; enjoy a cocktail or two at the intimate Piano Bar, or take in a Vegas-style show at the Cheers Wine Bar. Carnival Destiny boasts a range of lounges offering live music, comedy or cabaret. Alternatively, try your luck at the onboard casino.

As for dining, guests on Carnival Destiny can enjoy formal dinners at restaurants such as the Universe Dining Room, or enjoy something a little more relaxed at any of a wide selection of pizzerias, grills and cafés, like the Sun and Surf Restaurant.
