At 963 ft., with 1,062 passenger cabins, 11 bars and lounges, 4 pools and 5 hot tubs, this ship is designed with passenger interaction in mind. Carnival's guests board the ‘Spirit-Class’ vessel knowing that they will be part of a 24-hour celebrative atmosphere. A large and well-equipped children's centre, Camp Carnival's Fun Club, is one of the line's signature features, luring families with kids of all ages.

Facilities on Carnival Pride

The main dining option on the Carnival Pride is the extensive Normandie Restaurant, located between two levels, with a uniquely intimate atmosphere for a dining room of such grand proportions. Passengers on a Carnival Pride cruise will find Normandie’s new low-carb menu enormously popular, which allows a guest on such a diet to choose items from the main offerings with potatoes, rice and other starches replaced by vegetables lower in carbohydrates. Then there is the Lido Deck, with its food stations, offering deli, Thai, Chinese or Indonesian style cuisine. 

And for entertainment, there is the Carnival Pride Renaissance Grand Atrium and Bar, styled with ornate flourishes and deep colours, with reproductions of Botticelli and Michelangelo, to convey the designer’s concern with Beauty onboard, while you simply enjoy a beverage. You’ll also find The Taj Mahal Theatre, the ship's main show lounge, where elaborate productions are performed. Pride's many bars and lounges have individual entertainment, whether a jazz trio (as in the Raphael Lounge), a country singer (as in the casino bar), or a cool and funny pianist (in the Ivory Piano Bar). 

The Carnival Pride’s four swimming pools – three for adults and one for kids – vary in size and their usage; some are used for activities and games, while others are quieter and best for taking a peaceful dip before an evening’s entertainment. On your Carnival Pride cruise, you’ll discover the Greek-themed Carnival Spa, where you’ll be soothed and pampered – there’s a fully equipped gymnasium surrounded by glass walls that overlook the open ocean, a hydrotherapy pool, an aerobics studio for classes and workouts, steam and sauna rooms, with locker rooms and showers.

One very nice touch on the Pride cruise – guests returning to their cabins will discover a Carnival chocolate and a delightful ‘towel animal’, a surprise that’d be unfair to spoil here!
