The 122,000-ton, 2,884-passenger Celebrity Silhouette is the fourth ship in Celebrity Cruises' groundbreaking Solstice class, which includes Celebrity Solstice (2008), Celebrity Equinox (2009) and Celebrity Eclipse (2010). The ship has already made her debut with a series of Holy Land sailings out of Rome, before embarking on 12-day Southern and Eastern Caribbean cruises out of Cape Liberty in Bayonne, New Jersey.

Although the Celebrity Silhouette does have in common with her sisters the integral design pattern and layout plan, there will be a number of alterations, including additional cabins, changes to the Lawn Club, and an revamping job on Celebrity's signature ‘Michael's Club’.
