Cruises on Sea Princess

Sea Princess - Princess Crusies

The Sea Princess is an amazing modern cruise liner, recently updated to include the very best that the Princess Cruise line has to offer. From the panoramic elevators looking down on the stunning Atrium to The Sanctuary, the adult’s only area, everything on Sea Princess cruises has been designed around the passenger.

You might find it hard to decide where to stop for a drink or to eat with the wide range of bars and restaurants on offer, and you may even decide to make use of the 24 hour room service to make that decision easier! There are bars on most decks, all serving a range of soft drinks as well as beers, wines and spirits.

The staterooms on Sea Princess cruises are all well-appointed with en-suite bathrooms, TV and mini fridge. If you want to splash a bit more cash, many of the rooms have beautiful balconies for very little extra money.

Children are welcome on cruises on Sapphire Princess, and there are a range of activities split into appropriate age groups (3-7, 8-12 and 13-17).

Facilities on Sea Princess

When you’re on cruises on Sea Princess, there are a range of great entertainment options for you, whatever your taste! There’s the fantastic Princess Theatre staging plays and musicals, as well as a great cinema. If you want to try your hand at Blackjack or Roulette, you can take a visit to the Monte Carlo Club Casino, and if all you want is a relaxing drink with your friends there are a range of bars to visit.

There’s one main dining room on cruises on Sea Princess, where you can attend meals at fixed times. If a fixed regimen doesn’t fit well with you, you can dine at the Rigoletto Dining Room at any time. There’s also an Italian restaurant and a steakhouse, as well as a range of snack bars and cafes including a patisserie and a burger stand.

During the day, Sapphire Princess cruises offer you a wide range of activities. As well as the two amazing pools, there’s a spa and fitness area, shuffle board, sports courts, shopping boutiques and even the chance to take some lessons taught by local experts.

The Sea Princess is the perfect liner for getting away from it all with your partner or a great, relaxing family holiday.

1st cruise. bit of a trepidation having read various reviews,(must be a lot of moaning minnies about). Loved it. Having nothing to compare it with found the ship extremely pleasant to be on. Evening entertainment excellent and times that you could see both shows available each evening. Crew out of thier way to help. Food....if you were hungry afterwards it was your fault. Almost any choice you wanted. We had 1st sitting to start but changed to second as the timing was too early (still in the sundeck bar!) Tipping wasnt a problem aut. to your bill however you can come out of this and tip who you want (The yanks seem to see tipping as a wage and not a reward for service) Already booked same ship same cruise next year. That says it all

We did the same cruise last September and were happy to do it againas apart from Vigo we liked every place we stopped. This time round thanks to the French blockades we visited two new places Bilbao, where we just walked around the Las arenas and Portugalete area, which is only about a 10 to 15 min walk(and that was pushing a wheelchair). Spend 30 cents and go over on the Puente Colgante gondala, or for the brave spend alittle more and walk over the top. The Sea Princess is a lovley ship and all the staff are excellent. The atmosphere in the Traviata Dining Room 1st sitting was great, there was a really happy atmosphere and the food was excellent. My wife is in a wheelchair and there was never a problem, we had never been ashore by tender before and were slightly apprehensive when we arrived in St peter's Port. But there was no need as the crew carried my wife on and off the tender. We would like to say that the crew that help the people with walking difficulties and wheelchairs do a fantastic job.

although the cruise was very good overall the airline that they used from gatwick airport was a disgrace.Thomas cook airlines premier service was terrible both outbound and inbound.TVs inoprotive, seats that did not recline and generally the cabin was filthy. This did not reflect Princess Cruises high standards. We would not travel with them again unless they change carriers

The cruise on the whole was excellent. what spoiled it was that there were too many teenagers out of control.I know it was school holidays and people will say if you do not want to be with children you should go not in school holiday time. I do not have that option as i work in a school. Most of the children on the cruise were polite and there was no problem but a few were loud and rude and impolite and spoiled it for others. We are hoping to go on a different cruise line next year and hope we dod not encounter the same problem.

Our first cruise was to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and we decided on Sea Princess as it going to the Caribbean which during March was a good idea, unfortunately they failed to live up to expectations of a celebration. Having received a copy of our marriage certificate, and being given an upgrade in recognition, they failed to deliver on the rest of the package. Even when reported they denied having been notified, then changed their mind and said it was prior to sailing, and when being pushed they finally conceded and supplied the champagne and extras promised. The cruise itself was good but the point for taking it, especially such an important anniversary being overlooked really took the shine off the whole event. Overall our cabin was good although the balcony was small. Food was varied, some good, mostly just fair. Using Fort Lauderdale as the point of entry and departure was a big mistake as this small airport could not handle the amount of traffic. Also the connections were deplorable, they even forgot to let us have the appropriate tickets for inter airport transfer. What was good was good, and if everything had worked well then I would say it was good value for money. We enjoyed the experience of cruising although we did not expect to as much as we did. It made us look at cruising much more closely and want to do it again.

had a wonderful holiday aboard the Sea Princess, couldn't fault anything really on the ship.Ieal Crusing booked our holiday and they did a first class job. Only thing that marred the holiday was our Thomas Cook flight, far too cramped for long haul and also the way we were dealt with at Fort Lauderdale airport (appaling treatment)
